I love it!
It ticks all my boxes by giving my clients a five star onboarding experience while freeing up my time to do other things.
Right now your onboarding experience could involve Gmail, Typeform, Calendly etc and more emails back and forth than you can count along the way.
Imagine a client being able to book a Discovery Call without you having any input? Crazy right??
Simple onboarding Dubsado workflow
OK, so the first thing you do is create a Lead Capture Form which you embed into your website (don’t panic, it’s sooo easy).
This form can capture as many details or as few as you would like about your prospective clients. No more Typeform or Google Forms!
The form is mapped to the fields you choose, you can add a tag and a project can be created.
Once the form has been completed it enters a workflow, and a follow up email can be automatically sent to thank the client for the enquiry.
The workflow can then do whatever suits your business; mine sends the client a little more info about me plus my scheduler for them to book a call.
Once the call is booked they then receive confirmation and reminder emails.
All without me lifting a finger!
Easy as A, B , C
Once the client decides to move forward, I then activate the next part of the workflow which changes the project status from lead to active project and the client is set up on my client portal.
At the same time, my new client questionnaires and Ts & Cs automatically are sent to the client.
And I only needed to have an input once! I told you, magic!
Sound too good to be true?
The workflow does take time to map out, and mine has been tweaked over the years as I’ve updated how I work with clients, but if you’re looking for a way to create time in your week, this is it.
And the best bit is that they let you try it out for free for up to three projects.
