My motivation is knowing what I want to work on for my own business alongside client tasks, using Asana and my CEO Toolkit. If I don't do this, I find that I get frustrated that I'm not working on my own stuff, so by setting clear mini tasks (from my quarterly goals) every week, it's the perfect way to chip away and take small steps towards my bigger dreams.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
